Here’s a snare drum cake. This was the first time I used a marbling technique to color the fondant. The color turned out great. I think in the future I’ll throw in some white. The crown that replicates a Remo logo is made from gum paste.

You forgot to mention that the rest of the band signed a pair of drum sticks which went with the cake–this was for the going away party for our drummer.
