Many of you know him from ‘The Wire’ but I know him more from one of my favorite movies. Wendell Pierce, aka, Agent Dick Gill, has announce that he will start development in Richmond, CA. This is something that’s been on my mind for a while and I’ve been shopping around for buildings to take over. With the Hilltop Mall rebuild, I’m looking forward to see what also happens on the other side of Richmond. While things look more like developing near the waterfront, I’m more interested in the heart of Richmond.
Well, Agent Gill, I’m glad you’re choosing Richmond and happy that you see it as a hidden jewel of the east bay.
