It was a little, well, maybe a lot of warm. I tried to get this picture before the icing completely melted.
I know there are a bunch of Minnie Mouse cupcakes out there. Many of the Pinterest pages show Minnie Mouse cupcakes with mini-Oreos.
For this project, we went big ears with a bigger bow. The only thing I’d change with this setup is the type of icing. I’d definitely go royal icing to make sure the ears don’t fall off. I guess we could have used toothpick to hold the ears.
