  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 small egg beaten
  • 4 tbsp cornflour

Sauce

  • 1½ dice cut bell pepper
  • 1½ dice cut carrot
  • 2 green onion leaves chopped ( for garnish)
  • 12 fried red button chilies
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 2 tsp chicken powder
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 4 tbsp cornflour (dissolved in ½ cup of water)
  • 3 tbsp peanuts

Method

  1. Marinate chicken with above ingredients mentioned in for fired chicken. Keep aside for an hour.
