Soy Sauce Short Ribs and Portobello Mushrooms

Not a lot on this post. Just beef short ribs and portobello mushrooms. The trick on cooking the short ribs is to lay your charcoal to the very left and right. This will cook your short ribs evenly and will not burn them. The mushrooms will get the burn which is a good thing.
