I was fortunate enough to find some salmon. At the same time, I did not know what I was going to do with it. In the end, I stuck with what I knew and grilled it. Here are the recipe and methods used this round.
Set your grill to the highest setting. If you have a smoker, that’s even better but definitely do some kind of offset.
Coat the salmon with oil.
Season the salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and a small amount of sugar.
Place on grill and cook for 15 minutes.
Don’t flip it. Let the skin crisp up.
