WG Series Elite Warikomi Gold Gyuto

I’m very afraid of damaging my Masamoto knife that I have been using my 3rd string of knives. In fact, I’m probably using my 4th string of knives. On the list of 3rd place knives is my Kikuichi WG Series Elite Warikomo Gold Gyuto. This is a 240mm chef knife that is sharp at a great price. It will also stay sharp for long amounts of use.

The knife is also light and very comfortable in the hand. What keeps this knife sharp is the VG1 steel used in the middle. While this blade does not have many layers, it is still strong.

After 500 hours of use, I got a chip. The chip was from accidentally hitting the countertop. over all this is one of the knives I reach for when I know I have a big job and want to finish it as fast as possible.

Get yours today at Kikuichi.
