There are a handful of restaurants that are still open during the COVID pandemic and one of them that sticks out is Slow Hand BBQ in Martinez, California. I happened to drive by it and it was open. I’m glad I stopped.
I ordered the brisket, tritip, corned beef, pork, 1 slab of ribs, and maybe a few more things. Out of all of it, I think the brisket won.
