Add Power to Your Couch

While shopping for couches I discovered a whole new world of power…electrical power where you can charge your phone and other devices. This feature added a few hundred dollars to the final price.

Here’s how I modified my couch.

Step 1
Remove the screws from inside my arm rest.

Step 2
Cut out a hole to fit a recessed power strip.

Step 3
Insert the power strip and secure it.

Step 4
Put it all back together.
