Need a heavy quick breakfast? Here’s some steak, eggs, and hash all on the same griddle.
4 Yukon gold potatoes – shredded
1 pound Ribeye
Shred the potatoes using a grater or your food processor. Salt and pepper them and start them on the griddle first.
Let them crisp up a bit.
Season your steak and bash it a few times with your meat tenderizer…or in my case a soup can.
Move potatoes to one side and add the steak. I think I forgot to mention to set the griddle to 350 degrees.
After you flip the steak (about 4 minutes), add the eggs.
Take off eggs after whites become white.
Leave the steak on there for a few more minutes.
Pull everything off and enjoy.
