Ever been on a conference in Zoom and unmuting turns on your Skype or IP phone? And have a headset?
Here’s the simple fix for that. In Zoom, click on the gear (to get to settings), click on Audio. At the bottom of that window is a checkbox for: Sync buttons on headset
Make sure that box is unchecked. Zoom wants to take over everything with communications so unchecking this box makes sure you can keep your communication devices separate.
