Using Pancake Syrup to Finish Ribs

For the last hour of rib cook, I decided to use pancake syrup to finish off the flavors of my rib. The real reason is that I was too lazy to find my brown sugar.

How did it turn out?

Great! Moving forward, I’m going to find the right measurements and maybe try other syrups like agave.
