Every once in a while I will get a craving for some sunshine and shaved ice. Luckily, I do not have to travel to Hawaii to get some of the best shaved ice on the planet. I can just drive for 5 minutes and get the biggest mound of soft shaved ice, flavored with all my favorites, and topped with ice cream or other treats.
The best part is that the cost is a few cents cheaper than shops in Hawaii.
