Favorite seasoning
Extra salt
Method
Set your grill to medium heat and heat up for at least 15 minutes.
Season your bone marrow canoes with your favorite seasoning and then add more salt to it.
Place them on the grill in indirect heat.
Cook for about 15 minutes.
Tip: Do not over cook.
