Baby it’s cold outside…but I still want cold noodles. Try them out at the next Korean restaurant you visit if they have them.
Mul Naengmyeon or Mul Naengmyun are cold noodles served in a chilled broth made from beef and/or Korean kimchi water. The noodles are topped with sliced cucumbers, Korean pears, pickled radishes, boiled beef, and boiled egg.
