The GoRuck G3 is the perfect carry-on bag for most airlines. It holds 45L of space and the external measurements are 22″H x 14″W x 9″D, which is the maximum for most airline carriers.
Normally, I use the GR2 for trips but this ruck proved its purpose. It lays flat to help pack items into the corners. Overall it is big. You’ve been warned. While big, it fits nicely into the overhead bin. If the airlines stick to their restrictions, this case will definitely fit the needs.
My only problem but could be a good thing is that the GR2 has two main areas to split the main compartment. The GR3 has only 1 main compartment so I had to rethink the space.
Get it. Use it.
