Brussel sprouts have made a comeback in the last decade. More and more restaurants are serving them. Here’s a quick recipe for shaved brussel sprouts.
Ingredients
Brussel sprouts
Garlic
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Method
In your food processor, add the slicing tool and shave the brussel sprouts. Throw in some of the garlic in there too.
Set your oven to 425 degrees and roast if you have that feature.
Put shaving in a bowl and add oil, salt, and pepper.
In a large baking sheet, layer the shavings and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
Flip over the shavings and leave for another 7 minutes.
Take out and serve.
