Are you tired of cooking corned beef with cabbage for hours. Sure it tastes great but the cabbage seems to disintegrate by the time the cabbage is ready.
Here’s a twist to it. Make your corned beef without cabbage. Shred it up and place it on a bed of stir-fried napa cabbage. This will give a crunch to the dish.
