I’m trying out this new recipe for goat tenderloin. It was okay. I think I was hoping for a beef tenderloin texture. The tenderloin part was great. Goats are just too small to portion out the loin.
Ingredients
Goat tenderloin
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 teaspoons tumeric powder
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili flakes
Method
Combine the rub mixture and cover the loin with it. Wrap the loin and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Heat up your grill to 225 degrees.
Cook for 2.5 hours.
Slice and enjoy.
