Work From Home, School From Home Nightmares

Not sure how you are coping with working from home and schooling from home. We have at least 1 Zoom session going on between 8am and 7pm every day. This leads to a lot of chaos, slow networks, and interruptions to the meetings.

To help prevent someone from bashing through a door while in their underwear we developed a system. In order for the system to work, if you’re heading to a meeting or a video conference, you turn on your light. That’s enough fair warning to say that you’re busy.

We were looking for one of those “ON AIR” signs but the price was not right. Instead, we used individual lights with the hope to use them for other things after this pandemic.

This definitely helps the interruption. Now to work on sound proofing.
