Bulgogi with Veggies

I know my Korean food purists will get upset but this pandemic has shown that we’re not getting enough vegetables in our system. In order to help, add a little more vegetables into foods that didn’t normally contain them before.

Here is normal bulgogi…with green beans and asparagus. Make the bulgogi as normal and then add vegetables in the last 5 minutes of cooking. This will add flavor to the vegetables too.
