Just exploring Little Tokyo in Los Angeles and had a craving for hakata style ramen. Luckily, there are many choices and after reviewing most of them I ended up at Shin Sen Gumi.
Service is quick but more importantly, the broth is amazing. You have the ability to customize your entire bowl down to how firm/soft you like your noodles.
