Yes, the Hello Kitty Mini Café, not the truck, but an actual shop has opened up in San Jose at Santana Row. Of course, I had to go on opening weekend. The other reason is because I’ve always wanted to stop by the truck but I didn’t want to stand in the long line. Long lines…yeah…I forgot how long it takes to drive to San Jose from where I’m at. I got there exactly when it opened with about 200 people in front of me. By the time I got to the front, there were about 200 people behind me. It was a good 3 hour wait but worth it.
For me, the best stuff were the macrons.
