They specialize in ‘stamina’ ramen which has a lot of garlic, spice and heat! You can ask for even more spice if you like. Everything is bold and rich tasting. If you don’t like spicy food, don’t come here. The pork belly that comes with the Garlic Pork broth variation is really good – two thick slices that are fat and meaty just like the broth! The noodles are also really good – chewy but not too firm or soggy, and full of flavor. This was my favorite bowl of ramen because the noodles and broth were so strong.

There is no one “proper” way to eat ramen, as it is a dish with many variations and cultural influences. However, here are a few general tips:

  1. Start by mixing the ingredients together well, as the broth and other toppings may have separated during transport or storage.
  2. Use chopsticks to eat the noodles, and a spoon for the broth.

Sure, buying eggs is cheaper upfront – eggs don’t always come with a side of feathers and pecking! But in the long run, it might not be as cost-effective as you think. Chickens can provide eggs for 2 years on end and they’ll likely give you way more than just breakfast.

Organic eggs are eggs that come from chickens that are free-range and fed with certified organic feed. They contain higher levels of omega fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals than eggs from chickens raised in a traditional farming setting.

Brown
